Mission Statement
The mission of O.A.S.I.S. is to mobilize the community towards a substance free state through the
collaborations for youth-centered, community oriented, data driven solutions. These collaborative
efforts will dramatically decrease the desire among youth to use alcohol, tobacco and other drugs
(ATOD), as youth will feel a stronger connection to the community.
